Our clerking team, led by Alan Austin with over 25 years experience as our Senior Clerk, provides an effective service in a helpful and courteous manner. They are always willing to discuss any aspect of fees and availability of counsel. Alan can be contacted at any time out of office hours on his mobile or home telephone. Alan is very ably assisted by Matt Sale, David Clayton and Billy Forecast. Our administration team include a designated Fees Clerk, Rachel Young, who is available to assist with any query relating to fee collection. We also have a part time administrator, Ruth Madden, to oversee our seminar programme. The Clerks' room is staffed between 8.15 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. At other times there is an answer phone in operation on which messages can be left.
