Christopher Cant Christopher Cant has a general chancery practice covering property, trusts, related tax (particularly Stamp Duty Land Tax) and commercial transactions.

He was called to the Bar in 1973 and is a former editor of the British Tax Encyclopaedia.

He contributes regularly to the Property Law Journal on property and stamp duty land tax issues.
