9 Stone Buildings are totally dedicated to client care and to the professionalism required to provide a quality service. Our clerking team, led by Alan Austin who has over 35 years experience as our Senior Clerk, provides an effective service in a helpful and courteous manner. They are always willing to discuss any aspect of fees and availability of counsel. Alan can be contacted at any time out of office hours on his mobile or home telephone. Alan is very ably assisted by David Clayton, Jake Price and Ben Rinaldi. We also have a part time Fees Clerk, Kylie Lambourne, who also oversees our seminar programme.

The Clerks’ room is staffed between 8.15 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. At other times there is an answer phone in operation on which messages can be left.

The Senior Clerk may be contacted at other times on 07774 989964 or 01702 208678 or a message left at either of those numbers.
