Constance Mahoney studied Classics at Oxford before being called to the Bar in 2000.
She became a tenant in December 2001 after completing pupillage.
She has a general Chancery and Commercial practice, including landlord and tenant, media and entertainment, insolvency, and contentious trust matters, with a particular interest in all aspects of real property, constructive trusts, probate and proprietary estoppel. She is recommended as a Leading Junior in the field of Traditional Chancery by Chambers and Partners Guide to the Legal Profession (2009 Edition): "Commentators describe Constance Mahoney as "forthright, incisive and not easily intimidated." She forged a strong practice early on in her career due to her "finely tuned legal mind and ability to think sideways," and has built on that over time.
