Constance Mahoney Constance Mahoney studied Classics at Oxford before being called to the Bar in 2000. She became a tenant in December 2001 after completing pupillage.

She has a general Chancery and Commercial practice, including landlord and tenant, media and entertainment, insolvency, and contentious trust matters, with a particular interest in all aspects of real property, constructive trusts, probate and proprietary estoppel.

She is recommended as a Leading Junior in the field of Traditional Chancery by Chambers and Partners Guide to the Legal Profession (2009 Edition): "Commentators describe Constance Mahoney as "forthright, incisive and not easily intimidated." She forged a strong practice early on in her career due to her "finely tuned legal mind and ability to think sideways," and has built on that over time. Contentious probate, cohabitation disputes and landlord and tenant matters form the bulk of her practice."
