Craig Watson
Overview
Craig is a Scottish advocate. He was called to the English Bar in 2001 and was a pupil in these Chambers before moving into practice as an employed barrister. He spent most of his in-house career working for life offices and investment management companies in Edinburgh before commencing independent practice at the Scots Bar in 2010. Craig is based in Edinburgh where he is a member of the Hastie Stable.
As well as undertaking a variety of commercial and property work, Craig has a busy advisory practice focussing on financial services law and regulation. He has wide experience of life insurance, pensions and investment funds and can provide advice from both a Scots and English perspective in these areas.
