MEDIATION, ARBITRATION & CONCILIATION APPOINTMENTS
9 Stone Buildings has members who are certified mediators, arbitrators and
who are instructed jointly by both parties to a dispute to provide a
decision by way of written opinion.
A number of members hold part-time judicial and other appointments. These include:-

- Deputy District Judges
- Inspector to conduct Public Inquiries under the Commons Registration Act 1965
- Accredited Mediators
- Members of the London (NE) Valuation Tribunal
- Assistant Boundary Commissioners for the Parliamentary Review
- Inner London Disciplinary Tribunal over London Teachers
- Examiner of the Court
Some of our members are instructed as experts both to give evidence and to provide a written opinion in foreign jurisdictions.
