Lana WoodOverviewLana Wood specialises in real property, both contentious and non-contentious.Her practice encompasses a wide spectrum of land and property matters including: conveyancing, easements and restrictive covenants, boundaries, adverse possession and property contracts. She acts for developer clients as well as individuals. She undertakes landlord and tenant work, both commercial and residential, as well as leasehold enfranchisement (flats and houses), right to manage and rights of first refusal. Lana Wood has developed a particular expertise in co-habitation and disputes relating to the family home and in Inheritance Act/co-ownership disputes involving a new partner and the children of the deceased by an earlier relationship. Lana is recommended by Chambers and Partners and in the Legal 500's Bar Directory. Chambers and Partners UK Guide to the Bar (2012 Edition) states that: Lana Wood impresses with her "approachable manner and good sense of humour" when handling complex commercial and residential property matters with aplomb. Village Green applications and co-ownership, inheritance and succession claims are particularly strong suits for her.
