Lana Wood specialises in real property, both contentious and non-contentious.

Her practice encompasses a wide spectrum of land and property matters including: conveyancing, easements and restrictive covenants, boundaries, adverse possession and property contracts. She acts for developer clients as well as individuals.

She undertakes landlord and tenant work both commercial and residential, as well as leasehold enfranchisement (flats and houses), right to manage and rights of first refusal.

Lana Wood has developed a particular expertise in co-habitation and disputes relating to the family home.

She has a special interest in the law relating to common land and village greens and has sat as Inspector in five Public Inquiries within the last 12 months and is instructed in several other matters.
