Anstey v Mundle [2016] EWHC 1073 (Ch)
Faith Julian appeared for the defendants in a family dispute as to whether the deceased should be buried in the UK or Jamaica (Anstey v Mundle [2016] EWHC 1073 (Ch); [2016] WTLR 931; [2016] All ER (D) 285 (Feb)). The judgement is reported at Anstey v Mundle [2016] EWHC 1073 (Ch), [2016] WTLR 931, [2016] All ER (D) 285 (Feb)
