Nora Wannagat recently acted as sole counsel for the successful Respondent in Windhorst v Levy [2021] EWHC 1168 (QB); [2021] EWCA Civ 1802. This was an appeal against an order registering a German judgment. The main issue was the effect of a foreign insolvency process on the enforceability of the judgment. In both the High Court and the Court of Appeal, the registration order was upheld. The Judgment may be found here.
