Members and staff at 9 Stone Buildings are committed to providing a high level of client care.
However, if you which to discuss the service provided, please do contact a member of the Clerks Room to see if any issue can be resolved easily. If you feel it is necessary to make a formal complaint regarding any aspect of work undertaken by Chambers, please refer to our Complaints Procedure, which can be found here.
As explained in our Complaints Procedure, you may also have the right to take up further complaint with the Legal Ombudsman (LeO). Matters can be forwarded to the LeO if you are unhappy with the final response made by Chambers following a complaint made under our Complaints Procedure.
Please note that the LeO has a time limit for investigating any complaints. Further information regarding these time limits can be found on the LeO’s website here.
The LeO also publishes data on all complaints that have been resolved by their decision. This information is available from LeO website here.
